Kingstar Sports, an award-winning manufacturer of golf push carts, clubs and other sporting equipment, finalized agreements with the Cargo Cart Company on July 24, 2015 to provide manufacturing and distribution services for the Scout Cart. The Scout Cart is an essential urban lifestyle tool designed to make walking places easy, whether to the farmers market, grocery store or neighborhood cookout.
“We feel very fortunate to be working with Kingstar Sports,” said Cargo Cart Co.’s Allison White. “They are lending decades of experience in the design, testing and manufacture of first-rate golf carts to our Scout Cart.”
The companies have worked closely and continuously over the past seven months on optimizing the cart. Two additional prototypes were built to test changes made to improve strength, durability and performance. The first line of carts is expected in early November. These will require testing for performance and safety that could push delivery of the final product into early 2016.
“Scout Cart fans have been waiting patiently for over a year to see the final product,” said White. “Although we feel pressure to get the carts to them soon, yesterday even, we know we are on the right course and fans will not be disappointed when their Scout Carts finally arrive.”
